The fastest way to reach us is by email. We read everything that arrives, but we don’t always reply individually because we’re a small team and the volume can get heavy.

Typical response time is 3-5 working days for individual replies, though we may not respond to every message.
What to email about
We’d particularly welcome:
- Specific pods you want us to review that aren’t on the site yet
- Price corrections (if you spot a pod priced differently on Amazon UK than what we’ve listed)
- Machine-specific feedback (especially “this pod splits on my Citiz / Pop / specific machine model” reports we can verify)
- Factual corrections on anything published
We’re less likely to reply to:
- Pitches from PR agencies on behalf of pod brands
- Requests to feature a specific brand in our rankings (we don’t take payment for placement)
- Affiliate-link partnership offers from other affiliate networks

For press enquiries, journalism enquiries, or data requests (we publish per-cup price comparisons regularly), email the address above with “Press” in the subject line. We can usually provide quotes, pricing data, or commentary on the UK coffee-pod market with a few days’ notice.
