These terms govern your use of podsavvy.co.uk. By visiting the site you agree to be bound by them.

About the site

PodSavvy publishes editorial reviews and price comparisons of coffee pods sold on Amazon UK.

Content accuracy

We make reasonable effort to keep prices, product information, and machine-compatibility claims accurate. Prices change frequently on Amazon UK. We refresh our pricing data at least monthly, more often during peak shopping periods, and we display the date of last price check below every comparison table.

That said, we can’t guarantee that prices haven’t changed between our last check and your visit. Always verify the actual price on the Amazon UK product page before buying. We’re not responsible for purchase decisions made on the basis of stale price data.

Product reviews reflect our editorial opinion based on actual use. Other readers may have different experiences with the same pod. We can’t guarantee that a pod we rate highly will suit your taste, or that a pod we rate lower won’t work for you. Coffee is subjective.

No professional advice

PodSavvy publishes opinion and consumer information. Nothing on the site constitutes professional dietary, medical, financial, or legal advice. If you have a medical condition that interacts with caffeine (heart conditions, sleep disorders, pregnancy, certain medications), consult your GP, not our decaf reviews.

Affiliate links

Many links on this site are Amazon UK affiliate links. By clicking them you may be tracked by Amazon for the purpose of attributing a sale to us if you buy something within 24 hours. The price you pay is not affected. See our affiliate disclosure and cookies policy for full detail.

Copyright

All editorial content on PodSavvy (text, comparison tables, reviews) is copyright PodSavvy. You may quote up to 200 words with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish full articles, comparison tables, or significant portions of our reviews without written permission.

Product names, brand names, and trademarks (Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Tassimo, L’OR, Lavazza, Starbucks, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape pricing data for republication without permission
  • Attempt to access our hosting infrastructure or admin areas
  • Submit malicious code via the contact form
  • Misrepresent yourself to obtain personal data we hold

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PodSavvy is not liable for:

  • Inaccuracies in pricing or product information
  • Damage caused by purchasing decisions based on our reviews
  • Disruption to your machine caused by pods we’ve recommended (we describe known issues like the Citiz / plant-based-pod split rate, but ultimately the pod manufacturer and Amazon are the relevant parties)
  • Loss of data or service interruption caused by our hosting provider

We are not liable for the content of third-party sites we link to, including Amazon UK. Once you click an affiliate link and leave PodSavvy, Amazon’s terms of service apply.
